WE REALLY DO WORK FOR YOU ... " Last week we hired NH HOME INSPECTIONS to do our house inspection. From the first time I spoke with our inspector, on the phone,to inquire about pricing and availability, I was impressed with his friendliness and professionalism.
Since my husband needed to work on the day of the inspection, which our inspector obligingly set up for the very next morning, I accompanied him myself through the whole process. I do not know very much about the construction and problems of home ownership, having rented my whole life, so I was rather nervous that I might not understand everything about the inspection.
However, the inspector's performance was so thorough and his explanations so detailed yet expressed simply enough for me to grasp, that when he finished, I felt I could do a home inspection all by myself!
When he came across a problem, he would explain exactly what the defect was, how it probably got like that, what the repercussions could be if left untreated, and then he would offer suggestions and exact instructions on how to repair it, also offering possibilities of different costs, depending on if we wished to repair it ourselves, or use it as a bargaining position with the seller.
I never felt for one second that he was in a hurry...indeed, after the inspection he sat and talked with me for another hour, going through his report step by step and even drawing me diagrams if I didn't quite understand something. Not only did he impress me with his exactness, he also impressed my real estate agent, who works with home inspectors all the time. She said, 'They are not all like him. He is one of the good ones!".
My husband was very impressed with my wealth of knowledge when I went over the report with him that evening. Our inspector also told me to have my husband call him if he had any questions at all, which also added to my general impression of him as a caring and thorough professional.
If a family member or friend was buying a house, I would not only recommend NH HOME INSPECTIONS, I would INSIST upon it!".

"This past Spring we hired NH HOME INSPECTION and were amazed at the many defects their inspection brought out. Thankfully, we were able to convince the seller to take care of all these items before we signed the purchase/sales agreement; things that we would have had to pay for after we moved in! The inspection fee alone saved us thousands on the purchase of our home !"

"NH HOME INSPECTION provided us with an inspection of a new home in January 2004. The inspector was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. He was willing to take the time to answer questions and examine possible problem areas in detail. He was kind enough to send a rush order to the labs on our air and water samples. We received the results back sooner than expected ! This was very important to us due to our tight schedule for the home purchase."

Our inspector, was great. His report was detailed, easy to read and understand and he answered all my questions (and I had a lot !). Coming from out of state, it was extremely helpful to have someone really looking out for MY interest. Great guy and an excellent company--I highly recommend.

"We hired NH HOME INSPECTION this past summer for "piece of mind" while purchasing our first home. Ken, our inspector, answered all of our questions, made many suggestions and found potentially expensive situations and offered suggestions for repair. All test results were received as promised and the report was very useful. Ken is very concerned with his client's interests and works hard to make purchasing a home safe and enjoyable."

"Ken (our inspector) strikes me as an individual who respects the fact that buying a home is one of the more significant decisions a person will make in their life. He was thorough and willing to spend as much time as was necessary to provide me with a comprehensive and professional inspection. (in fact, Ken spent over four hours with me). I was also impressed with the broad range of environmental testing that Ken offered - from radon and lead paint, to water and mold tests. My search continues for the right home for my family and me, and when we do find it, I will again request Ken's advice and expertise."
