I further acknowledge that a 'potential conflict of interest' could result from such an affiliation and that, as a CERTIFIED MEMBER, my primary mission is to work in and for my customers' best interest and to provide them with a professional, un-biased Inspection Report.
I understand that active solicitation includes any referral or financial arrangement and/or gifts of any kind but does not include leaving business brochures, cards or any normal promotional material, nor does it prohibit me from conducting or attending general inspection seminars, meetings or attending trade shows for educational purposes which could promote or enhance inspection services and/or could better inform home buyers of the importance of getting a professional, unbiased Home Inspection.
It is my obligation to notify The INDEPENDENT HOME INSPECTION ALLIANCE when I no longer adhere to the above pledge and acknowledge that at such time my membership will be terminated".
